It's conflict-aware and never loses an edit: when both sides change a file, Obsidian (the file) wins and your prior Ledger version is kept in version history to diff and restore. Don't want to leave Obsidian? Load the Ledger plugin and get the enterprise layer inside Obsidian — on Mac, Windows, Linux, or mobile. Push and pull your team's shared org vault, stamp reviewed_on reviews, run a governance report of stale and never-reviewed notes, and publish compliance evidence (structural signals only, never note bodies).
